Nikolay Dimitrov, PhD, is Associate Professor of Psychology at Sofia University "St Kliment Ohridski" and New Bulgarian University. He has been working in Human Capital management since 2004 as Consultant, Business Partner, Training and Development Manager and Human Resources Manager in various Bulgarian and International companies of different sizes and spheres of operation. He covers the full specter of activities concerning the work with the human capital of the companies - from hiring, through administering, training and development, to mass dismissals. Nikolay Dimitrov has thousands of hours of business training and university teaching 'behind his back'. Prior to entering the Human Capital Management Mr Dimitrov has worked as a journalist and PR specialist for more than 11 years.
